Use of the BLOKKERS website and service constitutes the acceptance of the present terms and conditions. BLOKKERS reserves the right to modify the agreement at any time for any reason and the customer is responsible for reviewing any such modifications.
The properties of the products can be found on www.blokkers.dk, where we do our best to represent each product truthfully. However BLOKKERS can not guarantee that online images, colors and descriptions are 100% truthful representations of the product. Purchase of a product:
Orders are placed by the customer exclusively on the BLOKKERS website. When the customer fulfills an order on www.blokkers.dk, the order is a binding offer to buy products under the terms and conditions shown here. BLOKKERS will ask the customer to approve both the design and the final order before completing the purchase. The customer is responsible for editing or deleting unwanted products from the shopping cart and for updating any mistakes in the information provided in regards to the order. An order is not binding or dispatched until the customer has clicked "approve order".
When placing an order the customer will be charged with the current fees as listed on the website at the time of purchase. Alle prices on the website are listed in Danish krone (DKK) and include delivery in Denmark and Europe. A customer who is located outside of the European Union is responsible for paying possible sales tax and custom duties. The customer is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with the product. The customer can pay with Dankort, VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, JCB Cards and MobilePay without fees. The total price which includes delivery must be made in full before dispatch of the order. After BLOKKERS receives an order the customer will receive a written confirmation on email that holds the description, price and further details of the order. Upon receiving the order confirmation it’s recommended that the customer reviews it for errors and inconsistencies immediately and contacts BLOKKERS if any are found.
The estimated delivery dates given upon order and purchase can not be guaranteed by BLOKKERS. BLOKKERS will do their best to inform the customer of any significant delays in delivery.
As the BLOKKERS products are produced uniquely according to each individual order the customer has no right to withdraw a product. This also means that gifts can’t be returned.
However customers will have a period of 6 hours from the time the order is placed to modify or cancel the order. BLOKKERS is not obligated to make changes to any orders that are over 6 hours old. Instructions for modifying and cancelling a placed order can be found in the confirmation e-mail.
If a product is missing, damaged or wrongfully printed according to the customer's order BLOKKERS will replace this product with a new product without charge. BLOKKERS will not issue refunds in situations where the customer provided misinformation (ex. misspelling or invalid or misleading addresses) in the process of designing and ordering. If any customer wishes to issue a refund based on a missing, damaged or wrongfully printed product they should contact BLOKKERS on email@example.com or +45 4234 9362. Return request will be processed promptly.
A BLOKKERS poster is produced using high quality color printing and in order to care for the product it mustn’t be exposed to factors including, but not limited to humidity, dirt, direct sunlight or other forms of damage. The customer is responsible for applying the right product care and BLOKKERS can’t be held accountable for any fading in color or motive based on the aforementioned reasons.
